Automatic Quality Assurance
Automatic Quality Assurance functionality is available in Voice of Customer view of an interaction where you can see the transcript. Press Analyze button in the upper right corner of the conversation view.
There are two differnt view of the report:
- Tab View In this view the report is presented as a series of tabs: Summary, Problems, KPI, Agent, and Trscript
- Report View In this view the report is convenient to print or save to a .pdf file.
To switch between the views, press the Print icon in the upper right corner.
